In 1991 I visited a friend in San Francisco armed with my X-700 and some Plus-X 125. My favorites from the roll.

Interesting collection of memories I'm sure. Is one of the bikes in the last shot you steed for the journey? This film seems to handle a wide range of light quite well.
Almost hard to think back to looking at my images in terms of what all was on the roll. It's been a while.

It was a fun trip. 
"Is one of the bikes in the last shot you steed for the journey?" Sadly no, but I did eventually ride to San Francisco from Phoenix and back, on my R1200R.
"This film seems to handle a wide range of light quite well." Yes and scanning in 16bit HDR produced a lot more data to work with in our modern tool set. Also the Beta version of the Topaz Dust and Scratch removal module works quite well.
