I actually love B&W, when the subject matter works like here I always go for it - I tend to post more colour images on the net, perhaps because people seem to appreciate them more for some reason (or at least that's my impression... might be wrong though!)

I thought of that image when I woke up this morning (skunked by lack of clouds for a sunrise canoe/photo outing); had to look at it again. It is so simple, yet chock-full of lovely features and shapes. I think it belongs on my wall.
