Thanks Alan: The Sigma cameras (particularly the SD14 and SD1 Merrill) work well for IR, because they have a removable IR blocking filter. This really facilitates IR shooting.
Hey Larry, you are pretty awesome! It's great to see that you also do IR. And this is an awesome image, I like when the foliage turns like this. And I didn't know the Sigma camera had this ability.

Awesome, wow Jim that is an awesome compliment, thanks! It is just that I have been doing this photography stuff since junior high school and have tried almost everything over the years. I have been shooting digital cameras beginning in 2006 with a Sigma SD9 and been a Sigmaite ever since, shoot all models up to and including the Quattro models. The SD1 Merrill is my main camera for most on my shooting now days. I keep waiting for Sigma to release it's long promised Full Frame Foveon camera, well hope springs eternal.

There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
