Hyperlapse fail but photo success

I haven't had much luck shooting hyper lapses on my Mavic 2 Pro (DJI's term for time-lapse mode on their devices). I've been trying to capture moving clouds, which of course means there is some wind, which means the drone has to adjust itself and can't maintain a perfect position. I tried a couple this week with predictable throw away video results, but then played with a couple of the RAW images that were also saved and got this.

You had me scratching my head over the term "hyperlapse" until I read through your explanation. That would be pretty amazing to capture but it sounds difficult given the wind at altitude. Still a very nice scene and B&W.

I am confused. This is a really neat image, but I would have expected to see some cloud blur for a time lapse. These clouds appear stationary and well defined.

Ben, the drone captured 228 RAW photos which were saved (I used one of them here), it then uses these to create a short time-lapse movie which is also saved, but I ended up throwing that away.

Super cool Jim. This might not be a time lapse, but it sure ended up being a good single shot.
