I agree Jim. I also see that there is not a good way to share the 8k versions or probably any hi res. Last nights efforts are way better from the original than from the Youtube version.

I am going to attempt a RAW interval session as soon as the holiday events are finished. Got houseguests at the moment.

Hey Ben, this looks pretty good.

And I agree with Jim that clouds seem very important, and fast moving clouds would be the best.

Though a sunset to stars showing would make for a cool video even without clouds. Watching the red on the mountains as it climbs the face and then the stars start to appear to where the night sky is brimming with stars is a really cool transition to watch.

This was my first 8K TL and more of a test than anything. I was happy with the results of letting auto ISO adjust the exposure and also happy with the detail in the sky (which you can't see in the youtube version).

In fact, I may use auto iso on some of my stills.

The cloud action in it is really cool Ben! Maybe a tighter shot on the mountains next time? How many minutes of video gave you the 10 secs?

I used the default of 300 images for 3 seconds each so a total time of 14 min and 57 seconds. The menu where you set the time and number of images shows the total shooting time.
