House vs Tree

Spotted this on the road to Yosemite & had to stop.
Clearly the big oak has outlasted the old house and almost seems to grabbing it.

Whats funny is the house from this angle doesn't look that bad in shape. I wonder how much it would cost to buy?

And I think with those trees, that B&W would be an awesome choice of something to try with this.

I thought about B&W but w/o clouds didn't get inspired
For all I know, they just board up the windows in the Winter... But the lack of repair says this wasn't occupied in a while

Hey Dan, no clouds is perfect for B&W. Just use a Red or orange filter and darken the sky. The sky is masked behind tree branches anyway for most of it, so clouds wouldn't really matter in my thinking.
