And what a great introduction with this really awesome IR photo. Now this is what IR is all about. When I see a photo like this, I really do toy around in my mind with the idea of wanting to shoot some IR also as the look is so special.

Shots like this one keep tempting me to ship of one of my old camera bodies for the conversion. Thnx for the info on the filter specs. Lifepixel offers a lot of different wavelength filters and I like what you did here with the 720nm.

Thanks Very Much Jim for the Very Warm Welcome and Nice Comments, I know IR isn't everyone's cup of tea, so when I hear
it's "tempted" someone to the Darkside it's always an extra nice compliment !!!

Hi Alan, Thanks Very Much, like I'd written Jim, it's always nice to hear "non-IR" folks being tempted. I have to say it's renewed
my Passion of Photography, in addition to shooting Color images as well. I've been very pleased with my Kolari Vision Mods and their
new A/R (Anti-Reflection) Coating has opened up a lot more lenses that can be used to help with Hot Spots.
