There is a gentle beauty to this bird that’s worth looking at Ben.

My wife got me a feeder for X-mas so we're hoping to attract a few this year, but they seem to be pretty rare over here on the west side of the mountains even though it's the state bird of WA.

My wife got me a feeder for X-mas so we're hoping to attract a few this year, but they seem to be pretty rare over here on the west side of the mountains even though it's the state bird of WA.

We had several feeders in Spokane and over 100 trees of various kinds so it was a bird haven. Make yourself a few perches for the birds that you can view easily and with good clean backgrounds and you will get good opportunities.
