Our Focus this Friday is on Landscapes that have the Milky Way in them.

I will start with one from Mono Lake though I have the lake at my back for this one.

At Red Rocks, a seal reserve off the coast of Wellington, New Zealand where there are some reasonably dark skies just outside the city (10 minutes from downtown).

I don't do much Milky Way shooting, so have nothing of my own to add except my congratulations to everyone for the great shots posted so far! Doug, loved your take - not big on marshmallows though!
