Fall Parfait

Somewhere along the Fruita District in Capitol Reef. I just liked all the pretty colors and messiness of it all

I like the color contrasts between the fall leaves on the cottonwoods and the sandstone.

I don't see "messiness". A very interesting structure to the photo IMO. The dark rocks & tree trunks at the bottom form the base to the bright leaves and wall above. It really caught my eye.
