Fall in Paradise

I had to chuckle when I saw this - I was working on a view across these meadows from just a bit farther back along the trail but in morning light. The colors in the low vegetation really took different tones when the clouds rolled in during the afternoon. The lenticular is just starting to form when you took this shot.

That is an outstanding image, Jameel. Precisely what I would expect from you, I wish I could have made it. In fact, I think that one is slightly better than the one you took that inspired me to go there in the first place.

Thanks Alan. I am sure you have similar compositions in different light.

Thanks Doug. The other image you are referring to was taken back in 2004 with my first DSLR - Canon 10D.

What a great image Jameel! It's awesome that you met up with Alan.

I like the subdued light, and the colors are really popping there.
