Oh man Barry.... You had me laughing at myself here... When I first clicked on your thread to view it, I was reading your description and I saw that bright light up at the top (Venus?) and thought, that's a small crescent moon, but I though that's okay, I know sometimes the crescent moons can blow out to look round when we shoot them. So then as I scrolled down, my eyes did like a double take in my head, and I said... What?? What is the moon doing down here so low? It's up in the sky in the corner... So I had to scroll back up, then back down... and I realized my mistake.... very embarrassing.... :(

So.... A really cool shot here, and I love the title!

Jim

PS, I am heading to go eat breakfast maybe I will see clearer after I eat some bacon and eggs...

Thanks so much, everyone! It was a treat to see.
I had an idea of the line-up with Venus from seeing them Saturday morning. The only question was if the sky would cooperate and let me see the slim lunar crescent. Worked out OK with enough cloud and color to let it be interesting.
