Dawn at Morro Strand

Actually before dawn, by a full 30 minutes in this one....The Rock from the grassy dunes.

And about 10 minutes before the sun cleared the volcanic domes just east of Morro Bay....Anti-twilight in the sky and reflected in the surf. Here I went for just a long enough exposure time, 0.6 sec, to catch just a bit of motion in the surf.

That first one is really nice - good details and highlights on the rock and the grasses. I like the sky and the reflections in the second one.
