Cutleaf Coneflower

Rudbeckia laciniata is also known as the Cutleaf Coneflower and a few other names seen here in an early stage of its bloom. It is a North American native and grows in a number of environments but in this case for sale in a pot. I grabbed a shot and went about my shopping. The bloom wasn't facing the camera in this frame but the background for composing the shot that way was too distracting.

I spent some time with Cone Flowers not to be confused with Cone Heads.

I like your capture, for some reason this summer I noticed these flowers a lot more.

Thanks Jim - I am often amazed at how many variants of coneflowers there are. Pretty popular plant for gardens.
