I was waiting to take photos of my son-in-law while he competed in an IronMan and decided to practice on some of the other riders. This was taken only a few hundred yards from the end of the biking portion and this young lady was still in perfect form.

D750, Nikkor 80-400 at f/4.8, 1/2500 sec, ISO 800, 125mm, hand held.

Slightly different position from World Tour pro bike riders for time trialing but she does have a very good position for near the end of the bicycling segment in a triathlon.

It was disgusting, after 112 miles of biking, she and many of the competitors were hardly sweating. I was tired just watching :)... Mike
