I was waiting to take photos of my son-in-law while he competed in an IronMan and decided to practice on some of the other riders. This was taken only a few hundred yards from the end of the biking portion and this young lady was still in perfect form.

It was disgusting, after 112 miles of biking, she and many of the competitors were hardly sweating. I was tired just watching ... Mike
