It’s been a while since I’ve shot in LA but it’s nice to change it up every now and then. I took this near radio hill gardens during golden hour. I liked how the glow of the sun lit up the face of the city hall building. And if you look close, you can see an airplane in the back.

That’s really great Aaron! Love that glow you captured and that airplane is a great little touch to have in it.

I should get to LA more, as it can be a really beautiful city to capture. And we don’t get a lot of photos in our City section here, so it’s great to have you post this.

Once upon a time that was the tallest building in LA and the primary landmark in the area. Very nice light for this capture of the building and the area. The plane on approach to LAX is a nice touch.

Thank you so much Jim! When I moved here from Colorado in 2018 I couldn't wait to get into LA and shoot the city. I use to try and shoot there at least once a week. But this year I've been focusing on landscape work. But I have a lot of pictures of the city, I'll post more soon!

Hard to believe that use to be the tallest building when you look at the skyline now!
