On my way to the Sierra last week, I drove through the farming areas of the San Joaquin Valley, and spotted this irrigation canal and adjoining road just south of Bakersfield. Pulled over just in time.

Incredible skies and light. The road and the canal make a nice set of leading lines and the reflections in the canal are almost like a mirror. Sweet.
