I got a monopod for Christmas and boy does it make for a better experience with my Nikon 300-500. That lens is so heavy and hard to hold. Today is the first chance I have had to try it out & I literally would have never got a shot like this without it. Game changer for me. Floyd Lamb State Park in Las Vegas, NV this morning.
