But I read Shibu's intro again, he said Northern Colorado, so that's not Barr Lake. Last year there was a lot of bald eagles out in the farm areas surrounding Greeley.

Thank you all. Unfortunately I cannot disclose this location more specific, there is a nest and it's in a private property. I've been to Barr lake almost on a weekly basis, right now there are several Baldys (at lease 50 you can see from the gazebo on almost everyday). Best time to go there is between 7AM and 10AM. I took lot of pics from Barr lake too and got some keepers, but I thought this is special.

I totally understand Shibu. It's way too easy for places like that to get over run. So good on you to keep the location to yourself.

I am going to try and get to Barr Lake when I get back to Colorado in another week.
