Wow Bob! Red Wing is part of the trifecta of cities that my family comes from along with Hastings and Canon Falls. These are all awesome images, I can image just how fast you might fill a card. It's hard to pick a favorite.

Where in Red Wing was this? How long do the Bald Eagles hang out there?

Hey Jim, Thanks! I took these images at Colvill Park just south of town. It's my favorite spot for these birds this time of year. The Raptor Center down in Wabasha will post a weekly eagle count at several locations along the Mississippi in the area. It was reported that just over 100 eagles were in this area this past Friday so I had to get down there. The feeding activity was as great as I have ever seen. And yes, I did easily fill a card.

You need to come back to the area so we can share favorite shooting spots together!

Nice set! My favorite, number two. Such a great capture of intensity as talons prepare for employment. Ben makes an interesting point. I wonder if number two might be enhanced with cloning out the ducks?
