Wow - the light in the B&W is quite fascinating. That looks like ridiculously deep snow. The broken up foot of the glacier looks rather intimidating. Do you know how often those pieces break off?

Hi Alan, appreciate your interest. In spring and summer, calving occurs daily. Obviously at freeze up the glacier locks up as well.

The snow depth in the B&W image is actually not that deep. The polar regions are actually quite dry

That light in #1 and how it spotlights and pulls the eyes right to the peaks is so perfect. I like you going with B&W in it.

And that glacier, how interesting how it seemingly goes on forever. I really like that diamond shaped top.

That first image is something- I like the way this lit. The scale of those glaciers is fascinating.
