Caught these two in the yard yesterday. I think the first is a juvenile bald eagle but I'd love for anyone who knows for sure to chime in. The second is just a fawn, but I always love the spots. The remove tool did a nice job with some tree branches.

Cool critters to have as neighbors. No clue on the bird but it doesn't match the images in my bird books for a young eagle. Beautiful image of the fawn.

I believe it's a juvenile bald eagle, but I am not a birder, it could be an owl for all I know...

A really awesome shot of the fawn. That was great lighting. I agree that the spots really make fawns special. The spots kind of give it an exotic feel.

Nice shots Kyle..My guess for the bird is a Red-tailed Hawk judging by the red coloration on the tail. I hope Eric sees this to give us the real ID.

I think you may be right about that. It was definitely a big bird.

It's a red-tailed hawk. Superb photo too. The fawn is gorgeous!!!
