Late summer shot using IR Chrome drop-in filter.
I didn't like the Chrome look for the longest time, but it has definitely grown on me.Nice Western looking scene and great colors from the Chrome filter. I need to try it out as I've seen so many great images with this filter.
Thanks Jameel!I like the soft glow in the foliage.
Thanks Alan!I like the close in focus on the fence and the surrounding vegetation. Almost looks like fall with the colors.
Thanks Jim. The IR Chrome is odd to process, one has to desaturate to get a good color scheme. I did drop the red hues in this image. So very cool Amy! The look from this chrome filter is so cool. It seems similar to the 590nm look but not so overwhelming Orange. It has some red tones to the orange that seems to add some real depth! Love this scene!
Thanks Ben. Kodak did developed the first aerochrome film, you are so right.Great image, reminds me of a Kodachrome slide, and I suppose that's how it got its name.
Thanks Craig, and maybe they did moveBeautiful Image Amy, Love the Perspective and Setting, I thought I almost could see the grasses moving.
Love the Colors as well, Very Nicely Done.
