What is the easiest/fastest way of adding camera/lens info to the photos?

I just leave all of the EXIF intact in Lightroom/Photoshop. Anyone can bring that info up using pretty much any EXIF viewer.
If you the Gallery to post your images anyone viewing the image can click on the Information tab to view the camera settings for the shot. It is notable that this ends up not displaying the lens make/model and only reports the focal length.

I was hoping for a way to automatically get the camera info under each individual photo. Apparently that is not possible?

That would be a really nice addition IMHO but I don't think the site software Jim is using can do that.
