A Bipolar Cloud

I wasn't sure whether to admire this cloud or run away? I caught this a couple of days ago. I thought it was strange to have the sunset coloring the top while the bottom looked like it was storming.

I believe the name for that type of rain is Virga - rain that never makes it to the ground. Nice dichotomy.
