This was our second visit on this trip and the conditions were much better for photography with waves and changeable light and even sunshine as we were leaving. The tide was too high to allow me to get into some of my preferred locations but despite this it was a very enjoyable morning's photography.

Overall view of the beach taken from the cliffs as we were leaving for our next location

Start of the shoot with the expected overcast conditions 0.8s

After the tide dropped a little I managed to get down close to the water's edge and by sheltering behind a large rock managed to avoid the dangerous waves. 3.2s

Fun sequence of shots and each with a very different mood. Hard to pick a favorite but I really like the effects of the long exposures in the last two versions. The isolation of the sea stacks in the last one keep my eyes lingering a bit longer although both are fascinating to view. Neat place.

Wonderful work, Ken. That last black-and-white shot is great!

Such awesome sea stackes!

It's so cool you showing the difference between different shutter speeds.

My favorite I think is the 0.8 sec exposure.
