While I was in Arches a few days ago, the sunset was pretty cool with the color lighting up the underneath of some clouds creating some arching patterns. But the best color was after the sunset. This is Turret Arch in The Windows area of Arches National Park. I have found that while Turret Arch...

MOAB, UT— The National Park Service and the International Dark-Sky Association are pleased to announce Arches National Park as an International Dark Sky Park, a place recognized for its quality night skies and a commitment to...
A few years ago I did a one night trip to Utah in late December, hoping to get some interesting (and less crowded) winter conditions in Arches and Canyonlands. This is my sunset at Delicate Arch. The sky toyed with me, giving me hope of something spectacular before settling on "I guess that'll...
Here is one from Arches from last month in the fog, rain and snow actually. It started to snow shortly after I took this in the Garden of Eden area.
While color was okay looking, I felt that converting it to B&W made it feel even more dramatic.

This is another look at the red waterfall that I found in Arches National Park in Utah after some heavy rain a week or so ago. These 2 are closer shots from the previous as I slowly worked my way in shooting as I went.

Please add your photos from Arches NP to this thread.

I made my pilgrimage to Arches National Park just before New Year's a couple of years ago. This included the obligatory hike to Delicate Arch for a sunset that never really materialized. As the crowds dispersed, I moved closer to the arch and set up my LED light panel to illuminate the rock...
Well, since @dan swiger had me digging deep into the archives, I found this one from 2005 that has always been one of my favorite shots of Delicate Arch. It's funny how these old 6mp images seemed to have been able to print to 20x30 okay back in the day. :)

This is from a few years back in Arches National Park. I thought the snow allowed me to get a slightly different composition on Balanced Rock.
