Really nice shots, everyone!
This isn't a landscape w/road in it, but I couldn't resist. It's the road to our neighborhood after the 2013 flood. We're just now getting the permanent bridge installed. And, yes that was our footbridge for a week or 2. The fortunate ones had a vehicle in town as well a vehicle at home so there was something parked at either end of the "bridge". The insurance adjustors just couldn't tell if we actually had damage to our road.....

Oh man Monika! I remember that flooding, so you got affected by clearly. Amazing how purposely (?) dumb insurance adjusters can be sometimes. A first grader could look at that road and know that there was some damage done...

That looks highly inconvenient. Its always curious how difficult it is to actually have something qualify as damage when it comes to insurance.

And then FEMA wanted it's money back 1 1/2 years later (same for Hurricane Sandy & other disasters. The little hamlet of Glen Haven, just down river from Estes Park, was wiped out & FEMA wanted the residents to pay it all back, too. It took congressional action to put an end to that)
