Today's Friday's Focus is on Roads that are in our Landscape images.

I was inspired by Craigs (ckcarr) recent thread with super cool road shots in his Landscape photos. So as I was digging in my archives, I thought it might make for a good focus for everyone to dig their road shots out, or be inspired to include some roads the next time you are out shooting.

Here are 2 of mine to start.

Please add your own Road shots to this thread.

First from up in the Redwoods in Northern California.

This is from a remote road in Colorado, all it's missing is some lightning.

I have a few of these.

An oldie from early DSLR days - this is known as the Lost Coast Highway along the CA coastline south of Ferndale:

This next one is from last fall along Oregon Hwy 36:

From the Cottonwood Wash in southern Utah:

And of course Utah Hwy 12 along what is called the Hogback:

Here are two. One is obvious and the other is like "Where's Waldo?" I'm like Kyle in this regard. I don't usually include roads unless it is the reason for the image or it is unavoidable. Opps! Mike's images reminded me that I have some covered bridge images too so now I have three.

Nice images, Alan. The southwest ones bring back lots of memories.
