A small collection of my favorite images taken this winter. Each image was taken in different light conditions and each one tells a different story.
Only simple raw processing here. If anyone is interested in my in-field and post-processing approach, please let me know.

Thanks. This image was taken on Turner Glacier at the base of Mt. Asgard on Baffin Island. The crevasse was easy to access. It was quite an interesting part of the glacier. This was on the flat part of the glacier where a small lake was created in the summer. This lake was connected with the...
Hidden Underworld
One of my older but still one of my favorite images. I decided to reprocess this image to give it a fresh look.
I have a special relationship with this image. First of all, it was tough to access this crevasse. I spent several hours inside the glacier exploring and...
The first snowfall of the year blanketed mountains. The morning was bright, hazy, and snowy with glowing colors and light. I was walking around looking for compositions that would showcase wintery landscape. I wanted to capture the warmth of the trees contrasting with distant mountains. As soon...
Yes, there is a lot of incredible ski terrain, but this area is not easy to get. All of those slopes are also avalanche terrain. This is Garibaldi Mountain, BTW.
This image is an addition to my last post. Taken from the same spot as the previous image. I used a longer focal length to isolate the subject.
What I like about this one are the geological feature and beautiful layers of pristine snow. This entire area was created by volcanic activity.
Enjoy
Thanks a lot, everyone. That trip was full of incredible experiences. I summer this area is quite popular, but in winter almost nobody goes there. I'm planning to go there again soon and hopefully photograph this in a different light.
Winter Splendor
Another winter magical moment in the British Columbia mountains. The photo was taken in the late morning after some serious snowfall (around 3 m of snow there). Winter hiking can be challenging, but you forget about the hardships when you find yourself in such amazing scenery.
Trio
Simple scene from somewhere in the mountains.
I really like simplistic images. Simplistic images have a very specific and interesting expression. But, in my opinion, it is also much more difficult to successfully achieve expression
with this kind of images.

There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
