Craig, beautiful forest images you shared—and thank you for doing so! I really like “Lone Pine” and not just for the title! A beautiful scene seen—and captured! (And a favorite). “Dusting” is another favorite composition too. Love the contrast between the green and “white” trees. Nice. “Seasonal Transition” is a gorgeous image. Love the autumn colors “doubled” in the reflection below. The “Pastoral Peekaboo” has a many layered pastoral composition…with grazing cows. Very nice and another favorite. The image, “Spring” captures the light and dark green foliages in this beautiful landscape. Nice. I like the angled fallen tree in the autumn “A Walk in the Woods” image. Very nice. And another favorite. The blue sky and the autumn leaves create a colorful and memorable image in “Off the Beaten Path.” Very nice. And your last untitled image—great capture. Were your subsequent shots from a much higher and safer position in the aspens? Again thanks for sharing these beautiful images.

Larry, thank you for sharing each of these beautiful forest images. The Outlet to Long Lake landscape is a truly beautiful image and perfect composition. A definite favorite! I like the second image of the aspens with the two nearest creating an interesting composition. The autumn Rock Creek backlit composition is aided with the foreground stream. The Red Rock Lake image with the fallen tree in the lake is another well conceiv decapture. Very nice and a favorite. The colorful aspen groves at Kebler Pass is another well framed image. Love the colors. I really like the Mayflower Gulch landscape or with trail leading into the tall pines to the snowy mountains beyond. Very nice composition and a definite favorite. Thanks again for sharing all these great images Larry!

Jeffrey thank you for sharing these four beautiful forest images! I love the row of aspens in autumn in the first image—a striking composition. The Bishop Creek aerial image displaying the autumn forest bordering the central creek’s flow. Gorgeous and a definite favorite. The Dunderburg Meadow landscape with the large foreground rocks add much visual interest to this well framed composition. Very nice and a favorite as well. I also love the rows of autumn aspens in your Wyoming image with the fog shrouding the hill above. Very nice. Thanks again for sharing each of these very nice images.

Alan, quite the set of forest images! I like the Bogachiel Rain Forest...and it looks like it receives a lot of rain too. Very, very green! Nice. The Silver Falls image evokes the same thoughts––lots of green too. Like the composition with the curves. The Siuslaw Forest image is my favorite of this first three images. The ferns provide a nice foundation for this composition. Very nice. I love the Columbia River Gorge image––love the autumn colors against the blue river and mountains––my personal favorite image. I like the Woahink Lake with the little island. Nice. And the Sweet Creek Trail image works well including the trail. Very nice. Thanks for sharing all these great images Alan!

Jameel, wonderful forest images you have shared today! Thank you for doing so! The first image, Aspens is a very strong composition––and colorful too! Very nice and a definite favorite! The Redwoods image is certainly enhanced by the captured sunbeams––and a beautiful image too. The green rainforest certainly contrasts with the previous images with the many ferns among the tree trunks––a nice angle used in the capture too. The Yosemite image with the gorgeous pink foliage is quite the sight. Very nice capture. Of course the Provo, UT drone image is wonderful with all the autumn colors and the wide angle composition. Very nice and a favorite. Thanks again for sharing.
