This is a beautiful scene in its own right and intended or not worked out as a very nice image. I love the layers in this scene.

Super cool Murali. I like the look of the ripples in the dune. A small detail but I like ripples.

The vignetting is a little too strong for my taste, but I like the idea of it. I wish it was feathered even more. But then I look and see you did feather it quite a bit. So maybe just not quite so dark.

@JimFox 🙏. God/valid feedback. I do tend to vignette it a bit stronger. Also, I need to adjust the brightness of my monitor as well.

Wonderful image—Apple should use this to advertise their iphone’s camera’s capabilities. Gorgeous image! (Using SnapBridge for the gps linking? I do for my Nikons.)

oh. I totally forgot about Snapbridge although I had used it in the past. I manually dropped the NEF images in the Map module. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks @John Holbrook for your kind words. Unless you want to make large prints or you are @JimFox (MWW - Milky Way Wizard), iPhone 15 Pro or later ones seems to be a good choice for landscapes. Dont have to deal with focus stacking. I am thinking of getting this considering the 13mm wide lens of the 15 Pro is only 12 MP vs 48 MP for the main lens.

I have the iPhone 15 Pro Max and the iPhone 17 Pro. I like them both but the iPhone 17 Pro is a step up.

And thanks for the nice label, you made me laugh - Milky Way Wizard. :)

Beautiful image Murali. Would be interesting to see how that 13mm lens works if you do go that route.

I asked Google Gemini and it said that a better option is to upgrade to iphone 16 pro that has a better 13mm lens compared to the 15 pro. Gemini does recommend buying a Sandmarc ND filter & the tele lens.
