Valentine's Day and waterfalls - sounds like a nice combination for the day :)

This is not really a named waterfall area but Paradise Creek below the Lodge and above Narada Falls is terrain so steep that it almost all looks like one big long one. These two images were taken from just above where the creek goes under a bridge on the Reflection Lakes/Packwood road.

All the water around here is frozen, so it's nice to see some flowing with greenery around!
Since we're at Horsetail season, here is mine from a few years ago. The morning I arrived, I thought I'd just do a drive through the Valley & take a hike after driving so long. To my surprise, people were already set up at 10:30am on the Southside Drive. I immediately parked & talked to them. They'd seen somebody set up at 9, so figured they should set up. We chatted for a bit & I asked if they would be there for the day (yes) and if they'd mind watching my tripod (no). By then there were another half dozen people set up. I wandered along the Merced, then remembered a spot I'd seen on TPE for a possible vantage point. I headed up the hill until I was probably about 1000' up above the Valley floor and had an unobstructed view of the Falls. I knew that going down in the dark would be dicey as it was largely down a boulder-filled stream bed, but I figured it would be worth it. I went down, got my gear & headed back up. Which seemed much longer & steeper than without a pack. I was lucky & all the conditions came together (the only time that week), plus I saw a coyote on the way up and a mountain lion & a fox on my drive up the Wawona road.

Lots of whitecaps there, Mike! The only time I was there, the beach was at least 2x as deep as your shot.
