Beautiful examples for Ocean Avenue! Very, very nice—and an unusual and interesting example with the abandoned section of the California Hwy 1! I especially love the Harris Beach and Bandon, Oregon images! Thank you for sharing each of these.

I ended up on Cliff Court. I'm selecting images that had that heart-in-the-throat feeling of being close to a steep drop.

1) Horseshoe Bend

2) Angel's Landing

3) Grand Canyon

…or heart-stopping altogether images! Beautiful compositions from perfectly chosen viewpoints Kyle. The Islands in the Sky (love the wintry look), Clouds Rest (wonderful color captured), Grand Canyon (layers of colors), Angel’s Landing (love the light and shadows), and Horseshoe Bend (beautiful sun/sky colors captured) are all my favorites! Thank you for sharing all these gorgeous images!

Here are a few from Red Rock country (Desert Drive)

Larry, beautiful images once again! I love the Arches National Park captures—very nice! I also love the Fisher’s Tower landscape with the warm to cool layers—very beautiful colors. And the Dead Horse Point State Park image’s sunrise is well captured and truly beautiful. Thank you for sharing!

Interesting task John.

I'll go with the Altitude Avenue to share some images taken with a drone.

Looking down at the blue valley (aka skyline overlook)

And not far from here are the Bentonite Hills.

Jameel, I’m glad you chose Altitude Avenue, love these two drone images! The “blue map” of skyline overlook is fascinating to see—at what altitude did the drone capture this image? Just curious. I also love the beautiful “top” view of the Bentonite Hills—very interesting to see their rings. Thank you for sharing both of these images!

Thanks John for your comments as always. They are very thoughtful.

The drone was likely about 100' above where I was standing. The valley below is likely another 200' or so (others can correct me on that). This was taken with a Air 2s which has a 22mm field of view.

Thank you for the info—I know nothing about drones and I appreciate your estimate. Thanks again!

Beth, I absolutely love the Glacier National Park image with the waterfall/stream leading the eye to the majestic mountain beyond. Nice! The Grand Tetons NP image also benefits from the interesting foreground as well—great composition as well. The Canada landscape also benefits from the two gray wagons matching the colors of the mountain beyond. And of course the well-lit house in the last image gives the viewer a sense of scale for this beautiful and layered landscape—good placement of the home in the composition too.
