These are some really nice falls. I like the two tier view with each having its own mood for falling water.
Proxy falls begs for a wide view and a vertical panorama to really capture the whole face of that cliff. Its like endless cascades. Beautiful shot to show off all of the moss.

I have done this a couple of times - once in summer and once in fall. I would get there around sunrise or on a cloudy day. On a sunny day once the sun comes overhead, its a very challenging act.
I have some shots with the entire falls taken at around 16mm but not a stitched pano. I think launching a drone there to do the vertical pano might be an interesting exercise.

Beautiful falls - I like how you handled the DoF and the light. Not an easy combination to reconcile but the backlighting really brings out the fall color.
