Nice macros. I like the lighting and the DoF work here.

I roast my beans a bit darker than that for my morning cappuccino but that's just me :)

I freely admit to being a coffee snob :)

I buy green beans from Central America and East Africa and mix according to my tastes before roasting a new batch once a week. I grind daily with a burr grinder for my morning cup and using a Gaggia Espresso machine for a double pull cappuccino.

My neighbor calls me a beer snob. But thats easy, all you have to do is crack it open.

yes, more relaxing but your sounds like more fun. Besides Florida is very, very flat. 😊
