I buy green beans from Central America and East Africa and mix according to my tastes before roasting a new batch once a week. I grind daily with a burr grinder for my morning cup and using a Gaggia Espresso machine for a double pull cappuccino.
I really like the texture on the beans, well done.Man it's hot out. I really don't want to die searching for sunrises or pretty birds. I'll settle for my 100 Macro and some coffee.
