Alan, you’ve shared great “trail” images—the Colonial Creek Trail and the Sweet Creek Trail are my favorites, of course the steps winding up the path in the Portland Garden creates a nice composition. Thanks for sharing!

Here are some of my shots with trails.
Northern Saskatchewan has over 90,000 lakes with some spectacular wilderness canoeing. This is a favourite 'water trail'.

Trent, love the water “trail” and the Golf Ball warning trail images—it’s always nice to see a humorous response! The bike trail and the ski trail are my favorite images—keep ‘em coming! And thank you for sharing.

I am going for unusual paths.

The 4x4 trail goes through the edge of this Lochan, this is not flooded. I wouldn't be brave enough to drive through this. Assynt NW Scotland

Lastly from Glencoe, this used to be the main road from Central Scotland to the North West.

Larry, I love the Aspen Trail—just perfect—and the Red Rocks Trail is another beautiful landscape, my favorite! Love the winding trail. Very, very nice. The snowy street scene is a very nice B&W image. (I got a kick out of the “trail” leading to the trash container. 😊)

Jameel, very nice images you’ve shared—I love the Redwoods trail image capturing that beautiful light, my favorite! Very, very nice! The large foreground red rock works well in the Capitol Reef image’s composition. The shape of the downward “V” meets with this red rock’s upward point—well seen. I love the layers depicted in the Death Valley, another good capture. In the last image, the sweep of the tree limbs on the right create an interesting border to the Bolder Creek trail. Thank you for sharing!

Beautiful images Ken! I love the Cornwall low tide “trail”—a beautiful and unexpected composition. The last two images from Scotland are my favorites, two very beautiful captures that are perfect in all respects. I smiled at the two waders “walking” in the Lake District image—they both seem to be enjoying this experience! Glad you shared this one, and all your others too!

Thanks so much John. My wife is used to me sneaking a photo of her but this is her preferred distance!
