One of the daffodils blooming in our yard right now.
C&C always welcome.

Many thanks - it helped brighten mine as well. Lots of rainy days in our area and I have to dash out between showers and dodge the mud puddles to shoot.A striking photograph! Brightened up my day!
Nothing has bloomed like that in our area...a few ornamental plum trees are getting started.
Thanks Trent - heading back home was probably a bit of a shock after visiting the B.C. coastNicely seen and recorded Alan.. I was delighted to see so many of these on my recent trip to Victoria B.C. Such a long way off to see these in Sask.
Sunshine in in the shape of a flower
Thanks Michael - I am not the gardener but I believe these should be planted in the fall. I have never done much with them beyond watering them and taking picturesLots of these around my neighborhood. Any tips on when to plant them and how to care for them, Alan?
Thanks Eric - this might be as close to sunshine as anything I will see today.Sunshine in in the shape of a flower
Thanks Jameel - the original was slightly underexposed with dark skies so I only barely had to do anything for the dark backdrop.Beautiful image of a pretty flower. The black background really makes it pop.
Thanks!Well done!
Thanks - one of the advantages of a dark day is deep shadows for scenes like this.Beautiful shot Alan. Contrasts very well with the dark background.
