Diablo Lake

From a trip last Wednesday to the North Cascades. I was hoping to fly the drone and capture some angles not otherwise possible. It was quite windy. The light was also subdued with cloudy skies. I had to weigh down the tripod to keep it reasonably steady.

This is a hard lake to do mid day without cloud cover. You have a very nice composition here. I like the glacier milt water color if that's what is tinting it.

Very nice Jameel. This has a Canadian Banff feel to it, like it's one those lakes up there.

Can you actually fly up there? Isn't this inside of a National Park? I didn't this this was allowed: Drones in National Parks.

Thanks Alan. I have to check if this is part of the national park. I checked B4UFly and it didn't flag it I actually turned on the drone and the their data base didn't block it as well. I also see a number of uploaded videos on youtube of this location.
