Thursday's Task - 12/2/2021

Today's task is to share one of your favorite images from a national park and tell us why you like it.

Mine is from Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. It was my best seller when I was in Tom Narwid's Landscape Gallery in Jerome. What I like most about this image is the beautiful sunrise coupled with the repetition of shapes of the mountains and the lupines in the foreground.

Mt Rainier NP. Taken a looong time ago with my first DSLR - a Canon 10D. I was there for sunset and ran into a fog/low cloud where the visibility was in the 25ft range. Waited a while in the hope for things to clear. It was well past sunset and I was about to pack it and leave when things cleared briefly for maybe about 5mins. Just had enough time to setup to take a couple of shots.
