Yellowstone Bull Elk - Color or B&W?

I captured this a few days ago in Yellowstone. My ganddaughter and I woke up and started to get breakfast ready when we saw this bull elk grazing through the campground. We got lucky in that it was in an area where no one had camped so it could be isolated from the campground itself in photos.

I processed the color version, but then decided to try B&W.
