I was traveling through Wyoming, which I do a lot. :) And spotted this area that I thought would look good in Infrared.

Nikon D7100 Converted to 590nm
Channel Swapped

That did work out quite well.

I would be inclined to brighten up the scene from the trees in front to the top of the frame if this were my shot. You left a lot of light on the table to play with in this capture and I'd love to see more out of these clouds.

Thanks Alan. IR is lot's of fun.

The back is darker then then front, it's in shadow. You can see a spot on the left side where the sun broke through. So that was my intent, to keep the light in the front of the image as they stood out more. But let me see about brightening it up more. If you want to play with it feel free.

I think it looks better with the contrastier sky, it complaints the bright colors in the foreground better IMO.
