Window

A scene at the Georgia O'Keefe House at Ghost Ranch, northern New Mexico.
This composition fairly screamed....shoot me! Anyway, that's what my eyes saw.
:)
I went there on the recommendation of my friend Klaus Priebe and I was glad I did. Wonderful scenery, history, architecture, and all the beautiful colors.
I will need to spend some more time there some day.

I like the contrast of the window and the adobe walls - both for the soft textures of the adobe vs. the squared shapes of the windows as well as the colors of each. Your composition with the tree trunk partially showing works quite well for my eyes.

Love the lines in this Barry. I really like the angles of that wall you got in the bottom and how they play well off the lines of the window.
