A hint....it is NOT in Arkansas.
Not Montana. I've not visited that state, though it is high on my list.Just a WAG, but Montana? Nice place though.
Thanks, and yes, west of the divide. I guess that narrows it down a little bit!No clue, but I like it. Looks like west of the continental divide though.
Ooooh.....no! Nice thinking though!West of the divide and south of Wyoming from the vegetation I can identify. I do not recognize the mountains in this image but the vegetation on the slopes looks a lot like Utah west of the Colorado Plateau.
Not in Wyoming. Haven't been there either. Too many areas on that damn list!!OK - one more stab at this - in southwest Wyoming heading from Utah to the Teton area on US89 is an area of similar hills (and trees) between the Palisades Reservoir and the Jackson area.
Ding, ding, ding!!! I thought you'd get it. This is just below Maroon Lake and that's Maroon Creek headed down the valley towards Aspen in early evening, with the last sunlight on the far ridge line.Colorado???? I am thinking Colorado.... by Aspen.... hmmm
Yeah! I finally get a prize!Ding, ding, ding!!! I thought you'd get it. This is just below Maroon Lake and that's Maroon Creek headed down the valley towards Aspen in early evening, with the last sunlight on the far ridge line.
