I just finished a basement and have new walls for prints. I normally print my own, but I would like to go bigger than 17 inches on the short side which is my current limit. I would also like to print non standard aspect ratios. like 24x42

Kevin Washburn, The Anztl Project. I have 12 and they are all 24 x 36 other than 2 of them and one is a 16 x 10 & one is square, can't remember what size. 5 at my cabin, 7 at my house. He is just awesome and you don't have to do borders as it shows in this, you can have the print all they way. I did borders on most as it makes it look framed. I usually get mine in around a week & a half. And he does stand by his guarantee, as he accidentally put a border around one that I didn't want a border on, and not only did he let me keep the wrong one, but sent me a new one immediately. I have been using him for around 5 years now for canvass. I also donated to a few charities for auctions some 24 x 36 canvass & he shipped direct to them for me.

Thanks, I will check him out, I often use a 16x9 aspect ratio which would be 24x42. But I may have to crop a bit.

Hey Darcy, is this the right link? I am not finding any offer of print services at this web site.

I ended up buying 3 canvas wraps from Bay Photo. The quality is good, but canvas is canvas and I prefer fine art matte, like Canson photographique Rag.

You can also get fine art paper printed and mounted to black gator board ready to hang at a similar price. I had a small test print done and it matches my home prints exactly which is a good thing. In future, this will be my way to go.

I am printing a few of my panos at 16x45 or 16 x60, which my printer handles nicely. I am making my own simple frames for these.

In the end, framing and matting and backing boards are the big issue with large prints.

I also printed a 30 x 45 in two pieces spliced together. The seam hardly shows. It was a test to see how well the file held up to the size. I am not sure I will even order a print because this one looks pretty good as is.

I know this post is a bit old but I have had good experiences with Costco if you can live with their lack of choices on size and if you can live without a mirror sides option. Beyond Costco's limitations I have used Adoramapix.com and been very pleased. No tax and free shipping over $49. But the important thing is to get on their email list because they are always running sales of short duration (2-3 days). Sale prices run between 10%-25% off. On rare occasion I've seen 30% off. They also do metal prints which I have been pleased with as well.

So I use CG Pro Prints out of Colorado for every day stuff and for custom i use Skyline Fine art prints out of Austin. Skline prints for my website and I have never had a complaint or return from a collector.
