This is part of the Veil Nebula, NGC 6960. After I removed the stars so I could process the nebula itself, the moment the stars were gone, I found myself staring into the eyes of a fish! I never saw that before while there were stars, but now, it's looking so much like a fish, it's making me hungry! 
This is not my finished edit, but I thought it would just be fun to post with the fish being so dominate.
So I am thinking perhaps it looks like a trout?
