Seems that this expresses a human story even though the shot is a natural seen, without people. Often photographers push realism, clarity and sharpness and they forget that photography is art. On one hand photography has changed immensely, on the other not so much…

Your “post work” really makes the shot.

Hey Andrew, this is really cool! What a fun task for you with this, and the look is definitely something that says pure old school photography.

Thanks everyone! Its a fun, different way to practice photography. I thought large format was slow, wet plate takes even longer.

that is very cool to go back and do old school - sometimes I miss the dark room - but not the chemicals - great process
