This is the library building of the University of Washington in Seattle. Its hard to get the building without the people pretty much anytime during the day. The dusk time allowed me to use a long exposure to eliminate the people.

Beautiful legacy campus building. I agree with Barry that this could be a shot from Europe.
Even in our digital world libraries on a university campus are still a major focal point for the students. I'm surprised that one is still adequate for the student population of UW.
