Utah high country

This is Christmas Meadows at sunset. This is over 8,000 feet so it has a high country feeling. I sat here for over 2 hours to get my Milky Way image.

The skies are more naked than the peaks Bad for sunsets but nice for your MW adventures.

I love the high elevation meadows up there.

I am not bothered by clear skies at sunset, so I like this Ben. Getting that bit of golden sun lighting up the top of the peaks is perfect! Sitting here for 2 hours as it gets darker in that high altitude is very pleasing.
