ICM = Intentional Camera Movement
Of course we all get unintentional camera movement and we hate it...
So the idea of intentionally moving your camera may seem very foreign to many of us.
I am looking to run it on the Weekend of Sept 4th to 5th.
There is no right or wrong way to do an ICM. Usually you will need to use a ND filter as you need to get a long enough shutter speed so that you can move the camera while the camera is taking a photo. Usually 1 sec or more will get you there. So you will want to use your lowest ISO setting, close down on your aperture (f13 to f22), and a shutter speed of 1 second or more.
If you have questions or need help, be sure to ask.
*** Note: I will start a Community Thread in the Contest Section for this Challenge next Weekend. Be sure to look for it and post your photos there, not in here.
Here are some samples:
Typical ICM look with an up/down movement of the camera.
A little different as I moved the camera at an angle instead.
